Promising colt Chenier has been ruled out of the spring carnival because of injury.

The Godolphin-owned, Anthony Freedman-trained colt made a big impression when he won a maiden at Sandown on debut in March by 5-1/2-lengths and was subsequently high in markets for the Group One
